Lindy Connection Swing Dance at The Brink

9:00 - 11:30 p.m.
The Brink Lounge [map] on East Washington Avenue welcomes local swing dancers every Wednesday from 9-11:30 pm for a DJed dance. The event is 18+ friendly and totally FREE. Come out and support this new lindy hop venue by purchasing some food and showing off your hottest moves on the floor or the stage. The Brink, located about four blocks east of the capital square, is walking distance to campus. Be there!

Join us at Dance Fabulous, 401 North Lake Street. If you've never done any dancing before but have always wanted to try, catch our intro lesson at 9:00 (no partner required). The music starts at 9:30 and goes 'til midnight! Bring your friends, bring your enemies, just make sure you're ready to dance.
Times: Lesson 9:00 - 9:30 p.m., Dance 9:30 - 12:00 a.m.
Cost: Due to studio rental fees, we need to charge a $5 cover at the door for the dance.
Parking: easiest parking is in the Lake Street parking ramp.
Shoes: please note that everyone must bring another pair of clean shoes-- no wearing the same shoes that they wore outside. if people forget to bring a clean pair, we'll ask them to dance in socks.
